Committed to guiding and supporting young individuals on their career journeys, Basbug Group has added a new initiative to its long-standing efforts in youth development. On May 6–7, 2025, the company participated in the Career Festival hosted by the Faculty of Business at Istanbul University, bringing together university students eager to shape their professional futures.

Throughout the event, students received in-depth information about the automotive after-sales industry, and were introduced to the international career opportunities and globally standardized working conditions offered by Basbug Group. The direct interaction with aspiring professionals highlighted the company’s strong emphasis on cultivating a qualified and future-oriented workforce.

Basbug Group’s support for youth goes beyond higher education. The company operates a vocational training school approved by the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye, providing high school students with sector-specific training in the automotive industry. Through this program, students gain both technical knowledge and practical experience, working closely with experienced professionals from within the organization.
